Illegal constructions demolished in Vlore

The Vlore construction inspectorate continued its action for demolishing illegal buildings and creating new green spaces.
The action focused in the Skela area, near the “Writers Park”, where three decisions were carried out this Monday by destroying three bars built on the green spaces.
“We will continue with all illegal constructions close to the education institutions”, declared the vice Mayor of the Vlore Municipality, Ardian Musta.
Meanwhile, the action in the coastal areas is expected to start soon. Some decision for the demolishing of illegal buildings have already been carried out, but Vlore Municipality leaders say that they will start now with a new phase.
A few days ago we seized properties based on a court order, mainly apartment buildings with a value of 30 million EUR.
