Many lands in Shkoder are free from floods today, after several days
under water, but the owners now have to face the countless damage. The
draining canals are full of polluted materials and dead animals in this
area.
Because they were not warned that the HPP gates would be open, many farmers were unable to remove their cattle.
The dead cattle inside the canals are a serious danger for the environment of this area.
After several days under water, all the sowing have been destroyed.
