The free initiative of the Albanian woman will flourish in the next four
years. This is what the The Albanian Prime Minister, Sali Berisha,
declared ruding the Woman Convention, which considered the woman
emancipation as a national matter.
“In the four upcoming years, we must do everything to double the 18% of women in managing posts. Let’s make everything possible, because it is the only way for our country to reach higher development levels. The issue of women belongs to the nation, the society and emancipation”, Berisha declared.
Berisha declared that women have large merits for all the victories of the Democratic Party, while the June 23rd elections will decide the future.
“The the June 23rd elections are decisive for your role in society. Victory is on your hands, as always. The Democratic Party has always won because of the women, and in the 50 remaining days, with your calmness and determination, as Margaret Thatcher will say, the Albanian woman will not turn back”, Berisha declared.
