Sokol Bizhga was released from his post as Vice Director General of the Police, and now is leading the Strategic Studies.
He was replaced by Haki Cako, former Chief of Police in Gjirokaster.
By order of the General Chief of Police, Artan Didi, Bilbil Mema was appointed Director of the Police Academy.
The Vlore Police Director was replaced by Perlat Cullaj, who used to lead the Police of Durres, while Kastriot Skenderaj was appointed in Gjirokaster.
