The Supreme Court suspended the case against Parliament Members Pjerin
Ndreu and Arben Ndoka, accused of punching the Democratic Party MP, Gent
Strazimiri.

Ndreu said for the media that the case should have never started.

“I never had problems with justice and this should have not started. It was ridiculous. I will never cooperate the crime. The conflict was only because my image was damaged”, Pjerin Ndreu declared.

The Prosecution General asked the Court to find these Parliament Members guilty over “physical attack because of the post” charges.

The Prosecutor told the Supreme Court that Ndreu should be sentenced to eight months in prison and Ndoka to one month.
