The newly built 39 kilometer long Shkoder-Han i Hotit road has opened a
new perspective for travelers and businesses that are connected with
Monte Negro.
The Shkoder Democratic Party Parliament Members proposed that the Shkoder-Han I Hotit road will be called Road nr.44, according to the number of the Democratic Party in the party’s list on the ballot.
For Berisha, this new road is the development model proposed by his government.
“This is our big achievement. In these years we built together more than 10.000 kilometers of roads and employed more than 57.000 Albanian citizens”, Berisha declared.
Besides building infrastructure, Berisha told the Malesi e Madhe residents that the 10% tax is another major reason why Albania did not suffer from the crisis and even created new jobs. According to Berisha, this tax is endangered by the Marxist tax proposed by Edi Rama.
“With this tax, those who earn 10 units, pay one unit. Those who earn 100, pay 10, and those who earn 1000 pay 100, 100 times more than those who earn 10. The tax offered by our friend on the bus is the one that will massively remove foreign investors from Albania and will ruin thousands of jobs”, Berisha declared.
The Albanian Prime Minister, Sali Berisha, invited the Albanians to vote the Democratic Party program for employment, which is based on a further increase of wages and pensions and new tax facilities for farmers and businesses.
“We are certain that businesses in Albania will increase with at least 40%. We are sure that the foreign investments in Albania will increase from 4.2 billion to 6 billion USD in the next four years”, Berisha declared.
Berisha attacks Rama’s alternative from Malesi e Madhe
From Malesi e Madhe and Vau I Dejes, Prime Minister Berisha asked farmers and businesses to use their vote for rejecting Edi Rama’s alternative that aims to remove VAT for five basic products.
This proposition, according to the Prime Minister, means bringing down the wall that protects this Albanian goods from import, and the bankruptcy of the domestic enterprise.
“From this square I want to underline that the platform presented by our friend on the bus for our Albanian farmers is a real ruin. What is he promising? He promises that your sweat and hard work, the farms that you have built, should go to bankruptcy by removing that VAT tax on flour, milk, eggs and bread. This means that eggs in Albania will not be sold anymore, because the giant egg producers in Europe will bring their product which they produce with a very low price. With the promise to remove VAT for flour he says that there’s no reason to plant weheat, because the large wheat producers from Ukraine, Russia, Canada and Argentina will bring wheat with prices that will block every sale of yours”, Berisha declared.
Berisha invited the Shkoder residents for a massive participation in votings, and vote for the Democratic Party, giving them the 8th mandate for the Shkoder district.
