Xhuvani hears charges

Konstandin Xhuvani has heard today his official charges at the
Fushe-Kruje prison. The Tirana prosecutors have charged him with the
murder of four people and illegal arm possession.

This means that the case of the massacre of four people will end up very soon in trial. Sources said for Top Channel that the defendant had no claims after the conclusions were read.

Xhuvani has said that he was under a severe influence of alcohol and does’n remember how things happened.

Xhuvani has said “I deny of having had the intention to kill my friend Arber Demiraj. I don’t understand how he was killed”.

The defensive lawyer declared that Xhuvani’s mental health is aggravated. For this reason he has requested a legal-psychiatric expertise.
