The Mayor of Tirana spoke about the debates related to the construction
works made at the Mother Theresa Square for the arrival of Pope Francis.
“The municipality is doing its job, while others who should have done it when it was their duty are now getting busy on words”, the Mayor declared.
Basha inspected the works and underlined that this is just the first phase to enable a decent reception for Pope Francis. The works will continue after the Pope’s visit.
“The works will continue and it will turn into a promenade for families”, Basha declared.
