Romeo Karaj, the witness under state protection, testified against the former DIA Administrator, Kastriot Ismailaj.
The witness says that DIA took fictive client names from CEZ, with names even like “Meter near the stairs”, who could not be identified.
The witness says the debt of these unidentified clients was not defined, and no one knows if DIA and CEZ have discussed this concern.
As for the money from collected debts, Romeo Karaj confirmed once again that they were not deposited in a special account and were not reflected correctly.
Defendant Ismailaj has interrupted the testimony several times by opposing the declarations of karaj.
