The “Foreign Policy” magazine has published a list with the countries
where businessmen should invest during 2014, ranking Albania 53rd.
According to “Foreign Policy”, our country has improved its position since the last year, when it was ranked 71st.
Albania leaves behind countries like Greece, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The classification is based on eight factors that is related to the business climate, which are the economic growth, financial stability, physical safety, corruption, dependance from government, cooperation with local partners, control over the capital and the currency exchange.
Prime Minister Rama reacted on Facebook after this report was published: “Dear friends, this is good news. In less than 300 days we have given the right signals. This is only the start. You should not forget this, and we should not forget this”, Rama declared.
