The German Foreign Minister, Guido Westerwelle appealed both countries to show their readiness for continuing the dialogue.
“There is only one way for solving the conflicts, and that is dialogue”, declared the German Minister from Podgorica.
According to Deutsche Welle, the Minsiter addressed to Balkan countries by saying that the road towards EU must be led by reforms.
“The road towards EU goes only through democracy, reforms, cooperation and peaceful conflict resolution”, Westerwelle declared after the meeting with the Montenegrin Prime Minister, Igor Lukshic.
