As Catholic Albanians celebrate the Good Friday of Easter, the message of their religious leader went to the Albanian politics.
Father George Frendo asked politicians to engage for a righteous solution, because Albanians and Catholics devotees don’t want the nation’s suicide.
“We are celebrating Easter in a very critical and tense moment. I am not a politician, but I speak as someone who loves Albania and the Albanians, and who cannot stay silent facing this situation. I appeal all politicians, to respond to their moral duty to get more concerned for the mutual benefits than for their own posts. The situation is serious and the longer it takes, the worse will the consequences be for the people”, he said.
