The Albanian government singed a 32 million USD agreement with the World
Bank and the public service reform, which, according to the Prime
Minister, will resolve the bribe issue in hospital.
“If we don’t want people to be corrupted, we must build a new system that makes this impossible. We will make it possible for citizens to receive quicker help. We need a solid database so that we can guarantee that public services are quick and of good quality.
The Minister of Finances, Shkelqim Cani, said that this agreement will make citizens’ life easier and will eliminate bureaucracies. This debt will be paid in 20 years with a 2% interest rate.
