A defect at the power line left the entire city of Shkoder without tap water for several hours today.
A special team had to be called from Tirana with special equipment for finding the cause of the problem.
Shpresim Dybeku, Head of the Power Line Maintenance in Shkoder, says that they have found the problem and are working to fix it within a few hours.
This interruption has found the Shkoder citizens unprepared and created various anomalies.
