Specialists from the Environmental Ministry and the Tirana Municipality are discussing a formula for Tirana’s waste management.
Minister Mediu explains that they will apply the model of one of the EU countries, since the waste materials in Tirana are a very big issue.
He says that there will be personal fines to the heads of communes and mayors that will not implement the law, rather then to the institutions they lead.
