The Saranda Police arrested a 28-year old resident of Lazarat who has
been sentenced to 22 years in prison over kidnapping and torturing
charges.
Alfon Buzheri was arrested this Tuesday after a coordinated operation between the Special Force of the State Police and the Gjirokaster and Saranda Police.
Buzheri was also accused of a murder attempt of a oplice officer in cooperation.
