The President of Serbia, Alexandar Vucic, declared that the creation of the Kosovo Army would put peace and stability at risk, and the country in big trouble.
He said that Prishtina took this decision, 10 years after declaring independence, despite the opposition of the Serbian minority in Kosovo.
