Prime Minister Edi Rama told people gathered for the inauguration of the “New Bazzar” compound that voting power has brought change in the capital. “We can see here the power of your vote, the power of the community making the right choice”, he said.

“Imagine what would have been if in 2015 Tirana Municipality would not change from a giant dormitory wherw the Mayor snored all day, into a common home for the community where every day projects are implemented for the big transformation”, he added.

As for the opposition protest still in place, Rama said tends in the “New Bazzar” host common people providing for their families, whereas at the opposition tend they tell people to gather and “protect corrupted prosecutors and judges”.

Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj said this project proves that nothing is impossible mentioning that 1007 people will start worling in the 308 businesses present in the area. “We believe in a tend for work and shelter. We lost too much time with caos, fighting and useless words. Its time we take this country forward together with working people”, he said.
