The Vlore Prosecution concluded their investigation and sent three
people for trial. Alexander Llanaj, Ani Begaj and Bertil Aliaj are
accused of the shootout that took place on April 7th 2015, where three
people were killed.
The first session was postponed from yesterday due to the absence of the Prosecutor.
“The Vlore Prosecutor concluded the investigation and sent for trial the three defendants, trying to avoid a review of the security measure from the same judge, who gave lighter measures for the two other defendants. According to the procedure, the judge who was part of the measure review during the investigation phase will not be part of the trial”, the Vlore Prosecution says.
