Vlore Police will file a suit at the Prosecution Office against Festim Toja, 43
year old, chief of a company that according to the police is paid to protect an area with its guards, but that in fact it is being
burned for several days.
This is the Poro area in Vlore, which was swept by very dangerous fires some days ago.
The flames are still on, while it was impossible for the firefighters to keep the situation under control. Meanwhile, other fires have been reported in other areas, such as Akerni.
