Four people were wounded after a harsh debate over property rights in Vlore.
The debate started verbally, but in the heat of the moment, one of the persons involved has used his handgun against the other group. Together with three people he left the scene on a car with Fier plates.
Police have surrounded the area placed roadblocks in the exits of the city.
The authors of the crime have gone right through the roadblocks by smashing the police cars, but were unable to escape.
The four suspects are from Fier and they confirmed that the conflict started over a property title. The four victims are from Vlore and are out of life-threatening danger, since all the bullets received were in the lower parts of the body.
