Private operators of public beaches in Vlora have reopened their activities, this time by respecting the legal obligation to appoint certified lifeguards.
Top Channel has noticed several beaches where lifeguards were hired, but they are still absent in many public beaches.
Observers will be monitored by the Vlora prefecture, which has established a Task Force divided in three groups.
Private subjects who rent public beaches have the legal obligation to hire lifeguards and flags that notify beach goers when there are dangerous waves or bad weather conditions.
