Vlahutin said that the message of the EU strategy is a constructive commitment in the democratic process. “Let’s work even harder. This is an important Spring for Albania. Let’s see these new possibilities and use them the best possible. Let’s work together to make the life of Albanian people safer. The opposition should engage in a constructive way in the democratic process. The improving of the economy, good neighbouring and regional cooperation is as important as this”, Vlahutin declared.

“Albania has a real chance to progress with the negotiations. The process doesn’t establish any specific speed limit. The more reforms are implemented, the quicker the goal is reached. Albania has made an important thing. It has taken very important part of Articles 23 and 24 and made them part of the judiciary reform. Albania has done a good job and has gained time for the future. We focus on the speed that other countries could reach”, the EU Ambassador added.
