After the scandal at the Shkoder orphanage, where a teacher was seen
using violence against orphans, the Minister of Social Welfare and Youth
discharged the Director of the Institution, Anjeze Gjeluci.
Minister Klosi met with the staff of the Shkoder Orphanage and underlined that this was an ugly act and teachers will undergo a one-year training for education and psychology.
The Shkoder Police arrested Edvana Sulaj, 40, and is prosecuting the two others.
