The Independent Commission of Qualification has removed from her duty Judge Valbona Duraj, at the Administrative Court of Shkoder.
Duraj was present in the session in which she received the decision. The judge panel was made of Xhensila Pine, Olsi Komici and Suela Zhegu.
The Vetting Process has fired a considerable number of judges and prosecutors due to their inability to properly declare their assets.
