Vetting process, four judges confirmed today

The Independent Commission of Qualification confirmed the jobs of judges Dritan Hallunaj, from the Serious Crimes, and Brunilda Kadi, from the Tirana Court, and Besnik Muci, from the Court of Serious Crimes.

The High Inspectorate of Declaration and Audit of Assets said that the declarations were clear. Hallunaj appeared without a lawyer, the same as Brunilda Kadi.

As for the Tirana Judge, the Commission decided to transfer case no. 9821 for a scrutiny, since there could be a disciplinary violation.

This is the case about a Spanish citizen who complained about a notification that was sent to him in Albanian, not in Spanish. Besnik Muci was the last one who was confirmed today to continue his duty.
