Vetting Law, President of Gjirokastra Court of Appeals removed from his duty

The Independent Commission of Qualifications has ruled against the President of the Court of Appeal in Gjirokaster, Alfred Agolli, removing him from his duty.

The cause that led to this decision has been a discrepancy found between the wealth declaration and the assets he possessed.

The Prosecution has found a series of problems as regards professionalism, starting with a wrong legal reference and failure to notify all parties for the decision to not start an investigation.

Agolli started his career in 1998, and has started working initially in Gjirokastra.
