The Independent Qualification Commission dismissed today Judge Fatmira Hajdari, mother of MP Rudina Hajdari and wife of late DP figure Azem Hajdari.
At the end of the session, Hajdari said that it was an expected decision, while the lawyer Maks Haxhia said that they will appeal the decision.
“They do not care about the law, we know that the Constitution has an annex allowing up to twice the wealth, but they have never respected it. They only have the lists they are cleaning up,” said her lawyer.
In the last session she was confronted with a series of questions about property transactions, the construction of a 10-storey building without a permit and a negative balance in the declaration of assets that goes up to more than 52 million ALL, according to the financial analysis of revenues and expenses incurred by the Commission.
Hajdari, who was evaluated only on two criteria, was also considered unsuitable on the purity of figure criterion, as according to the Commission she had not declared the revocation of the two visas by the United States of America.
