Three months after June 11th elections, after six failed attempts, the
constitutive session of the Kosovo Parliament was finally complete. With
62 votes in favor and 52 against, the Kadri Veseli became Parliament
Speaker of this term.
During the day, the conditions set by the Serbian List were what put in question the constitutive session. Its representatives insisted to lead three ministries, including the Agriculture one, which was appointed to the New Kosovo Alliance.
Pacolli has apparently reached a compromise by withdrawing from this ministry, which will be led by Nenald Rikalo, currently representative of the Serbian List at the Central Election Commission.
