The Socialist Party spoke with the Head of the Commission of Laws,
Fatmir Xhafa, regarding the final draft of the Venice Commission. He
said that Venice did not reject the draft that was presented.
“Venice did not reject the draft. Who says this wants to damage the justice reform. A discussion among parties will decide if we will have votes with 2/3 or 3/5th”, Xhafa said.
The media, including Top Channel, published the final draft of Venice, but there have been no reactions from parties so far.
