Venice Commission opinion arrived earlier, it was expected on October 11th

One day ago, Top Channel published the exclusive preliminary report of the Venice Commission, which says that President Ilir Meta violated the Constitution when he canceled the June 30th elections, without having any legal competence.

By canceling and postponing the elections, the report says, was violated the citizens’ right to vote.

Venice didn’t say anything about Meta’s removal from power, while all parties have only reacted on social networks so far.
