The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, appealed citizens to elect their administrators to benefit from the Fund of Communities.
Veliaj inspected a project of the “Fund of Communities” at the Havvai apartment buildings, among the first ones that were built in Tirana after the fall of communism.
‘I want to thank Adem, one of the model building administrators that we have in Tirana. He has followed the works very closely, resulting in a total transformation. The apartment buildings were built in the early 90s, without any good quality and levt untouched for years. Thanks to the Fund of Communities, the apartment buildings are now isolated. The fund was made with transparency, together with citizens”, Veliaj declared.
