Another apartment building has benefited from the Tirana Community Fund, and now their building has been completely rebuilt.
Thanks to a retired couple, Nikolin and Vera Gruda, who are engaged as administrators, the residents have realized the thermo-isolation of the building.
“Every family will spend less with the heating system, and this means you will be getting your money back”, the Mayor said.
For this project to be extended even further, Veliaj said it is necessary for the building to choose their administrators. This is why he reiterated the appeal to continue with the process.
