Veliaj: Municipality will manage the Botanical Garden

Together with the Prime Minister, they held an electoral meeting with the citizens of Municipal Unit 10 in the Albanian capital, where Fatmir Xhafaj appeared with Edi Rama for the first time after many months.

Veliaj explained the government’s decision that unties Tirana’s Zoo with the Botanic Garden, which is currently managed by the Faculty of Natural Sciences.

“If they don’t have the capacities to maintain it, we will make an agreement for the Municipality to manage them as a single unit”, Veliaj said.
