The candidate of the Alliance for European Albania, Erion Veliaj,
greeted the opening campaign of the Party for Justice, Integration and
Unity, saying that the majority is proud to have in Parliament a Vice
Speaker like Shpetim Idrizi.
“I am proud that the Albanian Parliament has a Vice Speaker like Shpetim Idrizi. Tehre are people saying that the price we have to pay for the EU is not talking about our country. They say that mentioning Chameria is not good with the West. I say that we must be patriotic about Albania and Chameria. We are proud to be patriotic, to live Albania, and this makes us more European”, Veliaj declared.
Veliaj said that people should vote for the coalition of the majority, not for populist propaganda, as he called it. He mentioned a series of cooperations with the PJIU, especially the recognition of pensions.
The candidate of the Alliance for European Albania, Erion Veliaj, promised to name one Tirana square after Chameria, and also in Patos, Rrogozhina, Konispol and Peqin, where the PJIU will run with their candidates, based on the agreement.
