Diplomatic vehicles punished for violating traffic rules same as everybody else.
The Tirana Police has fined two diplomatic vehicles parked against the Traffic Code, in front of the Italian Embassy.
One of the vehicles belonged to the Czech Ambassador, the other of the Slovakian Ambassador, both parked in a no-parking area.
Both vehicles were fined.
