A mass is being held in Vatican where Po-pe Francis will proclaim the
new 17 cardinals from all over the world, including the Albanian priest,
Father Ernest Troshani.
Three of the priests who will be declared cardinals come from the US, the others from all over the world.
They will kneel in front of Pope Francis in a solemn ceremony called Concistoro.
They are all in red robes, which symbolizes the readiness to act with courage, even to spill blood for the Catholic Church.
The new cardinals will also receive a symbolic golden ring.
