Analyst Arjan Vasjari says that the recent investment of the US
Ambassador, Donald Lu, and the EU ambassador, Romana Vlahutin, shows
that the Albanian political class is at the limit of its legitimacy and
now needs a tutor.
On Top Channel’s main news edition, the analyst says that the international community wants to reveal the party that is really blocking the reform.
“What I see is that the Albanian politics is not monitored, but it is tutored. The justice reform is an exclusive US and EU investment. This extraordinary diplomatic process is nothing more than a direct request for declaring the votes of their parliamentary groups. It should not be understood as an appeal to collect those votes. This is a tour to identity the one who is responsible for the blockage”, he said.
Vasjari says that the ambassadors will give the name of the person or party that is blocking the reform. He also commented the declaration of Ben Blushi.
“Certainly, it is a shame. But since it is said by Ben Blushi, there is an unanswered question. This warning of the US ambassador, especially yesterday’s declaration, proves that the Albanian politics is at the limit of its legitimacy”, he said.
