The US State Department confirmed that the US Lottery will continue for
2018 as well, with 50.000 visas for the winners around the world. The
selection, as always, is by a computer generated lottery.
The visas are distributed in six geographic regions and no country can receive more than 7% of the total.
The application period starts on October 3rd, 2017, until November 7th, 2017.
There is no application fee. Only winners will apply at the day of the interview.
