US Ambassador: “More attention to human traffic victims”

The US Ambassador, Donald Lu, visited the city of Vlore this Wednesday
where he met with students of the Ismail Qemali university, to discuss
human traffic and prevention of this criminal activity.
The ambassador said that traffickers should be punished more, and the prosecution should cooperate closer with the police.
Lu said that Vlore remains a community that has suffered human traffic, that’s why he asked for more support.
Present in this event was the Deputy Minister of Interior, Elona Gjebrea, who said that this criminal phenomenon is a wound of societies and it remains a priority.
