US Ambassador met Parliament Speaker

The US Ambassador to Tirana, Donald Lu, met today with the Albanian Parliament Speaker, Ilir Meta.
Lu was seen this morning at the Parliament’s office. The meeting may be about the judiciary reform and vetting law.
Only a few weeks ago, the Ambassador was involved in a public confrontation with the Prosecutor General, Adriatik Llalla. The Parliament Speaker publicly sided with the Prosecutor.
