“Justice without delays” is the pilot project that is being implemented
in the Kruja Court, with the support of the OSCE and USAID.
The Minister of Justice, Nasip Naco, declared that delayed trials reduce trust on the justice system, and that’s why he has asked judges to reduce delays as much as possible.
Naco warned that the Ministry will take measures against delays that have no arguments.
“The duration and quality of trials are two factors that affect the people’s trust to the justice system. I appeal all judges to be more active in planning trials and take the necessary measures for reducing the delays at minimum. Any unjustified delay will be verified. We will give maximal attention for the reforms, modernization and digitalization of trials to be complete”, Naco declared.
