Universities announced the preliminary lists of second round winners,
which are expected to leave many free spots for those who haven’t won
the right to study yet.
The Ministry of Education has prepared a software in which students can log in with their ID and get informed about the free positions.
The registration of the second phase winners will be finalized within 13 and 16 October. Until then, high-school graduates will be oriented for the quota that are still empty.
On October 17th, the line of winners will continue to drop down until the quotas are completed.
