University experts to inspect environmental permits

Kamza University of Agriculture will establish an expert commission who
will evaluate the environment permits that will be released in Albania.
The Environment Minister, Fatmir Mediu, declared that these experts
have been certified.
“Every activity that affects the environment has to go under the evaluation of these environmental experts. Every activity that affects the environment must have the conditions of the environmental permit. The experts are the ones who know the problematic very well, besides the authorities of the Ministry of Environment. We are the link that will see for the implementation of these conditions”, Mediu declared.
The Environmental Ministry will continue to inspect the subjects even after they have received the permits.
