UN shocking prediction, Albania’s population reduced to 1 mln by end of century

By the end of the century, Albania will be one of the countries with the highest shrinking population in the world. This shocking prediction comes from the UN latest population projection.

According to this, the population of Albania will be reduced at only 1 million citizens by the end of the century, 62% less compared to now.

According to the UN, four out of five countries with the highest population shrinking in the next 80 years are in the Balkan region.
