The UN mission in Kosovo, UNMIK, seems to have been extremely careful in hiding Albanian collaborators’ identities from investigations in countries where KLA crimes are alleged to have been committed.

In the file of the so called “Yellow House” seen by Top Channel, which bears the signature of the Head of the Office for Missing Persons in Kosovo, Jose Pablo Baraybar, in addition to five experts in the field of crime investigation, there were involved 8 other people whose names do not appear.

The file shows that the investigations were conducted in cooperation with the Burrel Chief Prosecutor in Albania, four police officers from Burrel, an interpreter of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, and two security officers also from this court.

Top Channel has tried to get a response from UNMIK and the International Tribunal for officials whose names are not listed, but they have responded that identities are confidential and for no reason can be revealed.

“If your question concerns UNMIK staff, please note that in general and in accordance with United Nations regulations, personal information that is directly related to the names of UN staff, or other information that they would make the staff identifiable, they are confidential ”.

Top Channel has tried to get an answer from Pablo Baraybar who in the Swiss press is quoted as saying that he managed to enter Albania as a tourist and road engineer, but did not give an answer.
