Albania was listed among the EU countries, voting in favour of the resolution that rejects the decision taken by the US for recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
128 countries voted in favour of this resolution against Trump, only 9 in favour, 35 abstained and 21 didn’t show up.
Bosnia and Croatia are two countries of the region that abstained. Greece, Montenegro, Serbia, Bulgaria and Albania voted against Trump’s decision.
Donald Trump and the US Ambassador at the UN had said that they would take note of the countries that will vote against Trump’s decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
