UEFA’s double standards, different decision for Russia’s same situation

The UEFA commission of discipline gave three points to Russia after a
match was interrupted at the 69th minute, due to violence caused by
Montenegrin fans.

UEFA decided that Montenegro will play without fans in the next match and fined their federation with 50.000 EUR for violence.

The Russian federation was fined with 25.000 EUR for non-correct behavior.

The highest European football institution showed once again that their commissions have double standards for similar issues.

The Albanian team was denied the three points when its players faced violence by the Serbian fans, but they gave to the Russian Federation what they deserve, a federation that has much more influence than ours in UEFA’s elections.
