Two more prosecutors added, now SPAC has 10 members

Twp Prosecutors, Vladimir Mara and Dritan Prenci, will be part of SPAC (Special Prosecution Against Corruption), taking the number to a total of 10 members.

This change comes a few days after SPAC started operating, and right after the Chief Prosecutor of SPAC, Arben Kraja, notified the High Council of the Prosecution for the temporary appointment of Prosecutors Prenci and Mara.
