The Prosecution of Serious Crimes has handed over to the Court a request
for the security measure against two persons, residents of Fier, who
are accused of international drug traffic in cooperation.
Flori Hysaj and Narti Mecaj are accused of having organized this criminal activity. The role of each of them was to find narcotics and traffic it to Greece.
The investigations showed that the narcotics was secured in the Vjose area by Flori Hysaj, who packed and sent it to Nardi Mecaj, who then crossed it to Greece by walking across the border from the green area.
